A Woman's Pace is specifically designed for high performance female athletes. The new breed of self-determination and striving, for today’s female athletes who combine the life of an athlete with work and parenting.

The growth, popularity, development and professionalisation opportunities for women has increased exponentially across a variety of sporting codes. We have studied and developed this program as a response to the needs outlined by female athletes who are quickly picking up higher levels of representation in sport, but who still face some gaps to really make sport their focus. Resilience, balance and high-performance tools are needed by females in sport to support and help their careers within and outside of sport to manage high rates of performance and the many roles they may find themselves encountering as female sport develops a broader and more dense presence. A Woman’s Pace program concentrates on identity and role balance between work, school, parenting, season transitional resilience and adversity resilience. This four-week course is a fast paced model designed to address the needs of today's women in elite & professional sport.
